Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using OnlineToolkit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users of OnlineToolkit.

Use of the service

OnlineToolkit provides online tools for personal and professional use. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service.

You must not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated scripts or bots to scrape, overload, or abuse the Service
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content through the Service

Accounts

Some features of the Service require an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or to obtain credits fraudulently is prohibited and may result in termination of all associated accounts.

AI Credits and purchases

Certain tools require AI Credits to use. Credits can be purchased through the Service. All payments are processed by Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

No refunds. AI Credits are a consumable digital good. All purchases are final and non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account. If you believe a purchase was made in error or without authorization, contact us within 7 days and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.

No expiry. Purchased AI Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Account deletion. If you delete your account, any unused AI Credits are forfeited and will not be refunded.

Failed requests. If a tool request fails due to a server error on our side, any credits consumed by that request will be restored to your account.

AI-generated content

Some tools on OnlineToolkit use large language models to generate output. AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Outputs are provided for convenience and should be reviewed and verified before use in any critical, professional, or legal context. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code on OnlineToolkit - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and tool implementations - is the property of OnlineToolkit and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Output generated by our tools (such as passwords, formatted text, converted files, or AI-improved prompts) belongs to you. We make no claim over content you produce using the Service.

Advertising

OnlineToolkit displays advertisements served by Google AdSense to support the operation of the Service. These ads may be personalized based on your browsing activity using cookies set by Google. For more information on how Google uses data, see our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and any unused AI Credits are forfeited without refund.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OnlineToolkit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Tool outputs are provided for convenience and should be verified before use in critical applications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlineToolkit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service - including but not limited to data loss, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
